Overview

Glass ceilings and stereotypes should be broken and those who elevate above the mediocrity raise the bar for others as well. Target in India took the initiative to dedicatedly try to break the stereotype and provided a platform for over 500+ women in technology and build a network of talent to flip the diversity in technology on its head and empower women with the same right to succeed as anyone else. Target Elevate 2020 took place in Bengaluru opening gates for the industry leaders to share their experiences with the audience. Workshops and personalised mentoring sessions were pertinent part of the conference headed by the industrial stalwarts.
The idea was to Elevate, mentor, inspire and empower.

Conceptualisation

Rigger House took the onus of generating an outcome that excels. From set designing to customized furniture, the team worked extensively for days to turn Conrad Bengaluru into a hub of classic minds coming together for a bigger agenda: women empowerment in the technology industry.

Rigger House articulated the set design for the event to fully utilize the grandeur of the Conrad Hotel whilst maintaining the aesthetics of Target Elevate 2020.
Choosing the brand colours of both the entities, the décor’s aesthetics blended effortlessly with the designed wall installations, self-standing backdrops and furniture, specially customized for the event.
To grab maximum attention of all the attendees, the central backdrop was ornated with LED screen with printed logo panel on either side inspired by the ripped polished panels of the hotel décor.
To highlight the Target Elevate 2020 attributes to its maximum potential but in a subtle manner, the team orchestrated customized PPTs for each of the speakers and digital screens placed around the venue showcasing speaker and session details.

Fabricating the quality with aesthetics has been the idea behind Target Elevate 2020 and Rigger House tucked a feather in the cap with this event.
